Account & Profile Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you connect a third-party e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify), we also collect the authorization tokens necessary to access your store.

Product Data

To generate showcase media, Promptless automatically pulls product images, titles, descriptions, and other catalog data from your connected store. This data is used solely to create and deliver your generated media.

Generated Media

We store the AI-generated images and videos we create for you so they can be attached to your product pages and retrieved later from your dashboard.

Usage & Technical Data

We automatically collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us maintain, improve, and secure the service.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number. We may receive transaction identifiers and billing details from our payment processor.

• Provide the service — pull your product data, generate AI showcase media, and attach it to your product pages.
• Improve our models — we may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the quality of generated media. We will never use your identifiable product data to train models shared with other customers without your explicit consent.
• Communicate with you — send transactional emails, service updates, and (with your consent) marketing communications.
• Ensure security — detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Comply with legal obligations — meet applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — cloud hosting, AI processing, payment processing, and analytics providers who assist in operating the service, bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Connected platforms — when you authorize us to publish generated media back to your e-commerce store.
• Legal & safety — if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BoltEdge, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your account information and generated media for as long as your account is active. Product data pulled from your store is cached only as long as necessary to generate your requested media. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
